FLEX is based on a CPA (Cost-Per-Action) basis. Costs only arise if you as a provider respond to inquiries.
BARTER
No payment is required for all BARTER tariffs.
The costs of the selected BARTER plan are offset against a complimentary voucher for a stay.

CHAT
Direct communication between Travellers and Providers is a central feature of our platform. Through the integrated chat function, inquiries are clarified in real time, individual offers are discussed, and important details are coordinated directly. Photo upload included.

NUMBER OF OFFERS SIMULTANEOUSLY
Shows the maximum number of offers that can be displayed simultaneously. The Provider is free to change offers or to activate stored offers as often as desired within this framework.
PRICE SUGGESTIONS
You offer stays that simply leave you wanting more. Interested parties have the opportunity to submit price suggestions for them. You remain in direct contact with interested parties throughout the entire process.
If you have received price suggestions, it is up to you to accept them immediately, to submit counterproposals or alternative offers. The amount of minimum prices to be set, will depend on whether periods with low bookings are to be sold at special conditions or your houses websites visibility should be increased. With price limits set, you determine whether you want to increase your websites visibility or to sell at seasonal or occupancy dependent best achievable prices.
Big discount for quick, price-adjusted sales. No or small discounts to increase your houses websites visibility. It´s always your decision if, or under which conditions will be sold.
PRICE REQUETS
Interested parties have the option to submit price requests direct to the respective Provider without selecting the desired travelling date.
For price requests it's up to you as Provider to propose interested parties a certain travelling date to utilize booking-weak periods better or to market short-term available travelling dates optimally. You simply offer the travelling date which fits perfect to your accommodations current booking situation.
BOOK NOW
For non-negotiators there is also the BOOK NOW option available.
Stays will be booked directly at the indicated regular price.Stays as well as available additional services are booked directly and at the regular price without discounts
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Whether stays are to be extended or additional services are to be offered within your own establishment, with this expanded feature is given you the ability to offer an unlimited number of services in different categories to further enhance offered stays and to increase sales revenues, of course.
If there is no possibility to offer additional services in-house, it is certainly worthwhile to combine posted offers with vouchers from nearby restaurants, wellness treatments at neighboring spas, or similar options to generate added value.

STAYS REQUESTS
In the course of our marketing activities we also take care on requests for stays. These requests are coming excluisively from registered users and will be forwarded based to their search criteria to eligible Providers.
If you wish to respond to inquiries and corresponding offers have been created, these offers can either be transmitted exclusively to the respective interested party or also publicly released to make them accessible to all visitors of our platform, thereby increasing the reach of your offers.
PRICE SUGGESTIONS . OFFER ALTERNATIVE STAYS
This feature allows you as a Provider to react to price suggestions that are below the preset minimum price.
The system is configured in such a way that also price suggestions below set minimum prices for stays will be forwarded to Providers. This offers the opportunity to provide alternative stays whose values correspond to received price suggestions.
It is up to the Provider to decide whether alternative stays will be provided for desired travelling dates or for alternative travelling dates such as low booking periods.
On submitted alternative stays from Providers there are no further price suggestions possible by interested parties.
You will be notified via email about received price suggestions and confirmed bookings.
MEGABIDDS
If short-term available dates or periods with low booking volumes are to be promoted in a targeted yet high-reach manner, MEGABIDDS are an effective option.
In the MEGABIDDS advertising model, the regular sales price of the stay is reduced by an amount determined by the Provider each time the offer is shared on Facebook, until the specified minimum price is reached.
If the stay is not sold even at the minimum price, the original sales price will automatically be restored and the reduction process begins again.

The duration of a MEGABIDDS offer is 30 days. During this period, the offer can neither be changed nor deleted.
A booking is only possible at the respective currently valid, system-reduced sales price. Price proposals from participants are excluded within the scope of this option.
HOLIDAY BONUS
Advertisements from third-party Providers will be displayed for a period of 24 hours in randomly selected stays. During this period interested parties | Travellers have the option to activate the Holiday Pay by sharing the respective stay on Facebook and thus contribute significantly to increasing the reach of the offered stay.
If a stay will be booked | purchased by the Holiday Price reduced price, the Provider of the stay will be reimbused the deducted amount by the Operator. The Provider therefore incurs no further costs.
BIDDCOINS
BIDDCOINS are bonus points which will be credited registered Participants of our platform for executing predefined actions and which can be redeemd - as far as accepted by the Provider - when booking a stay.
The amount of redeemable BIDDCOINS is shown directly under the respective indicated REGULAR PRICE.
The Provider is free to accept BIDDCOINS.
PERIOD OF NOTICE . CONTRACT RENEWAL
No period of notice or automatic contract renewal.
14 days before expiration of the contract, users are offered the opportunity to extend the contract. If no extension of the contract is made by the user, all entries, campaigns and offers of the Provider are no longer published after expiry of the existing contractual relationship. No automatic contract renewal or obligations.
If Providers do not take any action in this matter, the contract will definitively end at the specified time, and the user account will be deactivated.
