For all BARTER plans, no payment is required. Instead, we offer you as the Service Provider the opportunity to compensate the value of the selected plan by providing a stay at your establishment free of charge.

For this purpose, you provide us with a voucher for a stay whose value corresponds to the selected BARTER plan. This is a compensation in kind in which one service is offset by an equivalent service.

You continue to be listed as the Service Provider and contact person vis-à-vis the guest. The marketing and processing of the voucher are carried out by us as the platform Operator.

Once the guest is at your establishment, they also generate revenue.

The guest is the most important revenue factor. Not only through their overnight stay, but also through all additional services they make use of during their stay. Because once the guest has arrived, their mood usually improves and thus also their willingness to treat themselves to something special.


Therefore, be sure to take the opportunity to personally inform your guests about additional amenities at your establishment before their holiday begins. Whether wellness offers, culinary experiences or exclusive additional services. The better informed the guest is in advance, the more likely they are to accept offers and increase their total revenue.

These additionally available amenities not only increase the guest’s anticipation, but also ensure a holiday experience tailored to the respective guest.

 

 
When purchasing vouchers, guests cannot book additional services | ADD-ONS in advance, as the revenue from these additional services is not processed through us as the voucher seller and cannot be settled by us with the Service Provider.

As the Service Provider, you are always in direct contact with interested parties.

All communication is handled in a simple and traceable way by means of the integrated chat function on our platform. Use this opportunity to present and sell in a targeted manner.

 
 

THE PROCESS

THE PROCESS

 

REGISTRATION . CREATING YOUR USER ACCOUNT

Once you have decided on one of the free VOUCHER plans, you will proceed to registration.

After registration has been completed, the voucher is created.

Once you have sent us the voucher, please allow us three days to respond.

VALUE OF THE VOUCHER

The value | regular price of the stay is preset and corresponds to the value of the selected plan. This value cannot be changed.

Please therefore make sure that the services included in the voucher correspond at least to the value of the selected plan.

ACCEPTANCE OF VOUCHERS

If the Operator accepts the voucher offered by the Provider, the Provider’s user account is activated and can be used without restriction.

SALE OF VOUCHERS

The Operator sells vouchers received from Service Providers.

In the sale of vouchers, Service Providers have no influence on the voucher sale prices determined by the Operator. The Operator states that sale prices for vouchers do not exceed the sale price determined by the Service Provider.

When vouchers are paid for, it is pointed out that the payment is made to the Operator on the basis of a marketing cooperation.

RAFFLING OFF VOUCHERS

The Operator is entitled to raffle off vouchers for marketing purposes.

SERVICE PROVIDER

The Operator is NOT the Service Provider.

The issuer of the voucher is and remains the Service Provider.

Any claims of the buyer | winner resulting from the sale and | or raffle of the voucher are to be asserted exclusively against the Service Provider.

NON-PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES . EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

If vouchers made available cannot be redeemed by Participants with the Service Provider, only the Service Provider shall be fully liable for damages. The Service Provider shall be fully liable for all costs incurred by the buyer | winner of the voucher in this connection.

In the event of non-performance of services, defective or partial performance by the Service Provider, the Operator assumes no function and no liability whatsoever. In the event of non-performance of services, defective performance or insolvency of the Service Provider, as well as any other legal claims by Participants, the Operator shall be indemnified and held harmless.

Claims for damages are asserted by the Participant directly against the Service Provider | issuer of the voucher.

Any form of judicial as well as extrajudicial legal disputes shall take place between the Service Provider and the buyer | winner of the voucher.

The Service Provider undertakes to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless in full. The Service Provider indemnifies the Operator against all third-party claims, including all legal enforcement costs incurred.

CONTACT PERSON . CONTACT

The issuer of the voucher remains the contact person for interested parties and future guests in all matters.

The contact details of the issuer of the voucher will continue to be displayed in the offer, so that the Service Provider can be contacted directly at any time in the event of questions about the stay.

GTC . CANCELLATION TERMS

The GTC of the Service Provider shall apply.

Excluded from this are cancellation terms. In the case of vouchers acquired by the Operator, the cancellation terms of the Operator shall apply.
